The UGA Event Staff consist of dedicated individuals who volunteer their time and effort in helping to make a UGA event the place to be. Working a UGA event can be vary demanding but also fun and enjoyable. The individuals and the community service they provide, are of the utmost most importance for their commitment in carrying out their various assigned responsibilities during a UGA event. They are dedicated, dependable in serving with a heart-felt passion that displays courteousness with a professionalism in character, in helping to create wonderful and memorable UGA Experience for event attendees and performers.

Registrants
Registrants assist with handling the registration process of new participants desiring to get involved with UGA.
Hospitality/Greeters
This group of individuals assist in making the UGA experience a memorable and enjoyable one by creating a welcoming environment.
Security
These are certified, experienced individuals assisting to help create and maintain a safe environment during UGA events.
Vender Attendants
These individuals work in assisting our Vendors with their special needs to help ensure they receive efficient and adequate processing for the operation of their business during a UGA event.
Set-up Crew
The set-up crew are diligent, hard workers responsible for the set up and break down (clean up) at all UGA events.
Stage Crew
The Stage Crew is responsible for handling production sets, props and stage equipment during a UGA event.
